Ifyou're interested in agile development in Ruby, Riddle Labs is theplace to be. We’re now hiring more outstanding software engineers tojoin our small team in our downtown San Francisco office. We’ve beendoing agile development for years, and it’s amazing once you really getthe hang of it. We sold our last consumer web company for more than $80million, and will launch 3 companies this year with just 12 people. Weare privately held with no outside investment. Everyone at the companyis an engineer.

You’ll get equity in multiple start ups. In fact, everyone here getsequity and/or profit sharing in every company we start, regardless ofwhether you work on it or not.

We want Riddle Labs to be the best place to work in San Francisco. After all, it's our company.

We don’t care about your degrees or pedigree. We just care that you’rea truly skilled developer with experience in at least oneobject-oriented languages such as Java. Specific skills we like areRuby, Rails, Linux, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, and Flash, butthey aren’t required.

Call your best engineering friends from Yahoo, Google, and eBay and getthem the hell out of there. Stop with the commute, get charged back up,learn the latest development methodologies from the best, get equity inmultiple start ups, work with proven entrepreneurs, see the inside ofmultiple “starts”, and work on projects that can change the world forgood.
