I have been trying to decide my exact path for the Training Fall Conference. I have what I like to call a tentative schedule, open for changes throughout the three days. I am interested in the Workflow Learning so I hope to attend most of their scheduled sessions. However, I'm not sure that I should spend all of my time in that track because there is other things to attend. This is always a problem with large conferences, too manny choices. The upside is a quick bail if the you don't think your going to get what you need from the session. I wonder what my completion rate will be and how that impacts my ROI? -LOL

I have been struggling a little bit with the schedule. So many things overlap, require additional money, or are sponsored or not sponsored. One that caught my eye was the Blanchard Companies' session. I have been a fan of Ken Blanchard and his efforts of recent. I just listened to One-Minute Manager and On-Time Manager.

I am trying to decide if I am going to by the audio of all the sessions for $99. It would seem like a good deal and I am a big fan of audio based on living in rural WV had me in my car on the average of 10-12 hours a week.
