I just checked out start.com (again). The interface experiment from Microsoft is pretty cool. It must work with cookies, because there is no login or place to save your changes, (however, the stay there upon return). In a matter of a minute or two I was able to create a truly unique web site with real-time data flow on very customized items. www.flickr.com, www.technorati.com, MSN search, and of course local weather and news. Wow. This is a real customizable web-based learning environment.
