Elliot Masie has just announced LearningLinks, a site were learning professionals can provide bookmarks or hyperlinks around a pre-defined taxonomy of topics. Elliot does a nice job providing easy to use services for people in the learning industry. The fact that the site doesn't have RSS is a bit telling, but I'm sure it will have value for a lot of people. This is one example of content aggregation or pre-filter in the long tail of elearning. It will be interesting to compare which categories grow in number of links the fastest.
