I saw some bloggers using this tool to analyze readability. Personally, I'm thinking it mistakenly thought my misspelled words and typos were something highly intelligent.
It has been a long time sense I studied the facts that go into readability. What would be cool is a tool that would allow me to translate my blog to a 6th grade level and I could start my own USAToday (ok, maybe it is at a 10th grade level).
It's a bit indirectly related, but I thought you might be interested by this article I did on how horribly written many of the commerical sites are the push people toward online degree programs: http://www.successdegrees.com/wacky-world-of-distance-education-marketing.html Cheers! Bob

No you are right. Newspapers are written at a sixth grade reading level. Journalism school ruined my writing for life.
